hOuSe PaRtY in Monterey!

Brennen and I found a condo/apartment in Monterey. I decided to go down there last Tuesday in a panic stress trip.... I wasn't coming home till I found something. We got there late on Tuesday and got the local newspaper-- made some calls and checked into a hotel. The drive and experience was weird and lonely without my sidekick, I needed him many times. Anyway, we looked at the first apartment on Wednesday at 10am and Linda (an angel) called at 10:30 to see her houses. It was AWESOME and beautiful.(a guy lives in it right now) I didn't even have to think about it very long after seeing the place, it was under our budget, clean -only 6 years old, 2 car garage w/washer&dryer, many upgrades, 5 blocks from ocean, near 2 parks, walkin closets in both (2)bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. It met all our wants- plus++. I applied, got approved, and paid for it all within an hour of seeing it. Places go really fast there so I new a steal like this would go fast. We are excited about the pick anxious about moving and starting a whole new fun-real family life together.
